No. You cannot add different sellers’ products to your basket

No. We have enabled guest checkout payment method.  This mean customers can checkout without Locally Best customer account. On guest checkout we require some basic information on the checkout page. e.g. name, contact details and address. To find out our data privacy policy please click here

We only accept card payments (eg: Visa, Debit, Master)

  1. We will deliver your order within 90 minutes or less.
  2. Click & collect

Delivery options can be different from store to store. Please check the store page for available delivery option. But we can confirm that all our registered stores have click and collect option. Once you receive the order confirmation from your local shop you can collect your order within 30 minutes.

All our registered stores will offer the click and collect service. If you place your order online and select Click and Collect as your delivery option, the store will pick your order and you will receive a notification to confirm when it is ready to pick up from the store. This process will take no longer than 30 minutes. Most of our stores have ample parking and you can pick up your shopping at a time of your convenience.

This option is good if you are coming from your work or coming back to your home from different places you can make your order before 30 minutes and collect your order from your local shop while you go home. You don’t need drive few extra miles to another supermarket.

Our delivery driver will confirm the order with you and they will check each product with you. This is the perfect opportunity for you to confirm the order is correct and has arrived in the state you expect. If everything is to your satisfaction the driver will ask you to sign the paperwork. Remember you have the right to refuse any item/s you are not satisfied with. For these items you will receive a replace item or full refund. It is your responsibility to make sure the person signing for the delivery checks the order prior to signing acceptance. If you wish to return an item after accepting it, please contact your seller. If you have any complaint about delivery or about your local shop, please contact your local shop. If you are not satisfied with their outcome you can complain directly to LOCALLY BEST. Please email us at complaint@locallybest.co.uk. We will look at it immediately and get in touch within 24 hours.

Yes, you can write review once you have completed your order. Please consider before you write any negative review about your local shop. If you have faced any unexpected or bad experience, please do contact your local shop and let them know. Because all our registered sellers here to provide best possible service to their customers.
