Our vendor registration process is made simple and straightforward. We believe everyone can complete their signup process without any assistance. However, if you need any help at any point do not hesitate to contact us at contact@locallybest.co.uk.

We can guarantee that we will complete all our process within 5 working days.

Step 1- Online Registration (Day 1)

1.1  Register your business here

1.2  You will receive a confirmation email. Follow that email to activate your account. If your password is not strong enough, we will generate an automatic password. You can find this password in the same email. You can change this password once you logged into your account at any time.

Note: If you can’t find this email in your inbox please check in Junk/Spam box

Step 2- Shop Verification (Day 2)

2.1 Now you can log in to your account and able to see vendor’s dashboard. At this point, you cannot add or publish any products to your store.

2.2 We will require some additional information to verify your shop. You can send below information by contacting the admin via your dashboard.{Shop Name, Address, Opening times, Contact Details (Tel/Mobile, email), Bank account details, VAT registration number, Shop Images}

2.3 Once we checked your information, we will approve your store and will send a confirmation email.

Step 3- Choose Your Subscriptions (Day 2-3)

3.1 After that confirmation email you can choose our subscription. We understand that every business is different. So, we decided to provide 3 different types of subscriptions to our sellers. According to your business model and size, you can choose one of the below subscriptions.

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

You can purchase your subscription at your dashboard under Subscription page.

3.2 Once you have purchased your subscription, we will send you a confirmation email with essential supporting documents (Vendor guide) to set up and run your online store.

Step 4- Start Selling at LOCALLY BEST (Day 2-3)

4.1 Now you are ready to add products and sell online.

4.2 You can find all the information about how to set up your store, add products, shipping methods, payment methods and many more details in our vendor’s guidebook/PDF.

Step 5- Store Visit (Day 3-5)

5.1 After completing Online set up we will visit your store to make sure everything perfectly met according to our guidelines. Please check our guidelines here.

Please note if your store does not meet our rules and regulations, we have full rights to cancel your subscription at any time.

Payment for the balance of your orders (net of Locally Best fees) is deposited into your bank account, and you receive notification by e-mail that your payment has been sent.

LOCALLY BEST DELIVERY SERVICE (LBDS) specially designed to deliver sellers orders to customers. If you do not have your own delivery system you can use LBDS.

How It Works?

  1. Retailer Receive & Pack The Order
  2. Retailer Send Order Notification to LBDS (SMS/ WhatsApp/Phone Call/ Contact Admin)
  3. LBDS Driver Confirm The Pick Up Time
  4. Driver Will Collect The Order From Your Store & Deliver to Customer

We will provide store maintenance and delivery guidance according to UK laws and regulations. We want to make sure all our registered stores are following our guidelines in order to make sure our customer services achieved at LOCALLY BEST standard.

We will do surprise visits to our registered stores 3 times a year to make sure everything perfectly met according to our rules and regulations.
